Welcome to Bare Crumbs! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, ordering platform, and any services related to our fresh bakes — including Bundts, brownies, cookies, breads, and other handcrafted desserts.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.
🔹 1. Use of Services
- You agree to use our website and ordering platform responsibly and lawfully.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or misuse the platform.
- You must not provide false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
🔹 2. Ordering and Payment
- Orders are placed via the HyperApps ordering system.
- OTP verification will be required for login and order placement.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — Bare Crumbs does not store or access payment details.
- Customers must ensure their delivery details are accurate.
🔹 3. Delivery & Fulfillment
- Deliveries are carried out by Pidge or partnered logistics providers.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on baking time, traffic, or weather.
- Issues with delivery should be reported as soon as possible.
- Freshly baked desserts may require additional preparation time.
🔹 4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders may not be cancelable once preparation or baking begins.
- Refunds apply only in cases such as wrong items, missing items, non-delivery, or damage.
- Refund requests must be emailed to prithvi@hyperapps.in.
🔹 5. Intellectual Property
- All branding, images, product descriptions, and content belong to Bare Crumbs.
- No content may be reproduced or reused without written permission.
🔹 6. Third-Party Services
We use services from HyperApps, Razorpay, Pidge, Google, and Meta for ordering, payments, delivery, and analytics.
When interacting with these services, you are also subject to their respective terms and policies.

- We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
- We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or logistics issues.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
