At Bare Crumbs, every dessert — from Bundts and brownies to cookies, and breads — is prepared fresh and delivered with utmost care. This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works for all Bare Crumbs orders.

🔹 1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to select localities across Hyderabad.

To check if your location is serviceable:
Visit Bare Crumbs Ordering Platform and enter your delivery address before checkout.

If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified automatically.

🔹 2. Delivery Time

Since all desserts are prepared fresh, delivery timelines may vary:

• Standard delivery time: 40–75 minutes
• Baked-to-order items (like Bundts or breads): may take longer
• Peak hours or high-demand days may extend delivery
• Weather, traffic, and rider availability can affect timelines

We always aim to deliver your desserts as fresh as possible.

🔹 3. Real-Time Order Tracking

You will receive notifications via SMS/WhatsApp or in-app (if applicable) for:

• Order confirmation
• Preparation status
• Dispatch and delivery ETA

🔹 4. Delays or Failed Delivery

We try our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

If the delay or failed delivery happens due to our error (e.g., logistics issues), we will:

• Offer a replacement, or
• Process a refund as per the Refund Policy

If the delay occurs because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery, no refund or redelivery will be provided.

We use Pidge and other trusted logistics services to ensure safe and reliable dessert delivery. All delivery partners follow hygiene and handling protocols suitable for fresh desserts.

To ensure secure delivery, our partners may:

• Call you when they arrive
• Ask for OTP verification (if enabled)
• Confirm your name or address verbally
